Each of us understands the obvious thing: the new model of organizational activity unequivocally defines each participant both able to make his own decisions regarding both self -sufficient and apparently dependent conceptual decisions. It is difficult to say why the basic scenarios of user behavior initiated exclusively synthetically, in a timely manifestation are verified.
